Our billing procedures and policies for you to review

Fees

Agnes Water Doctors is 100% Bulk Billing for all eligible Medicare Patients. All GP and Nurse Practitioner Consults are billed direct to Medicare, so there are no out of pocket costs.
Please note there are some speciality consults that cannot be billed to Medicare including Commercial Driver’s License Medicals and Employment Medicals. If you do not have a Medicare card , Please call the clinic on 4803 5451 for private fee information , Thank you .

Appointments

Our standard consult time is 15 minutes. A long consult is available for more complex services such as a Mental Health Care Plan, or the discussion of multiple concerns. We suggest booking with a regular GP for the best continuity of care.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 2 hours in advanced.

The Doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of other patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen. It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid the $50.00 cancellation fee.
